Some employers still ignore laws regarding the evaluation and promotion JU

The Trade Union of Municipalities of Slovenia recently recorded a growth of information on both our members and non-members, who turn to us, that in many Slovenian municipalities, public officials either do not receive annual assessments (because of possible retribution but they are afraid to take advantage of legal protection, that in such cases, according to the law), not advancing or progressing illegal.
