The government and public sector unions initialed the wage agreement

The negotiations between the government and the public sector unions, which began in July, have borne fruit, as they have already initialed the salary agreement. Employees in the public sector expect a salary increase, higher allowance for lunch, those to 50. salary class, also calculation of holiday pay.

According to the agreement, the value of the pay grades will increase by 4,5 percent. Employees in the public sector will feel this increase for the first time when their October salaries are paid. Most in the public sector will then see their wages rise once again with their April salaries, this time for one pay grade, which means an increase of about four percent.

in September, the amount of compensation for lunch will be higher, namely it will be from the present ones 4,94 euro increased to 6,15 evra and dan. They will also be civil servants, to whom this year's vacation allowance for annual leave has already been paid, get a settlement up to a higher holiday, which is determined according to the salary grade of the employee, with those lower on the pay scale getting more.

To civil servants until 24. salary grade will fall 300 euros, ranked from 25. of 30. wage grade 250 euros. Employees, ranked from 31. of 35. wage grade, they will get 200 euros, that of 36. of 40. salary class 150 euros. For civil servants from 41. up to and including 50. salary grade is provided, to receive a settlement of holiday pay in the amount 100 euros.
